how to finish a master's thesis: ✔ buy a plane ticket to texas & visit @aissaaaaaaaaa ✔ write a lot during the day ✔ somehow explore san marcos, fredericksburg, san antonio, & austin ✔ spend a night in an airport ✔ return to raleigh with 3 days til your deadline with a near-finished paper 🌟

not sure if i should be proud that my macgyvered fix to this washing machine lasted an entire year, or annoyed that the only way to find out the fix no longer works is in the middle of a wash cycle #mondays

Thank you friends, thank you family, thank you Boston. This was one for the books 🦄 If you had told me this time last year that I'd be running a marathon, let alone Boston, I would have told you you were out of your mind. But here we are, with an unforgettable story featuring pouring rain, DIY arm sleeves, delirious tears on the front stoop of an incredibly fancy steakhouse, and a wet wardrobe change in a bank lobby I'm so glad to have with me. I am especially grateful for the friends & family who reminded me that, regardless of outcome, simply having the opportunity to run Boston is a privilege and accomplishment in itself - and I am so amazed by the support on the course and in spirit that got me across the finish line. 💙💛 #bostonmarathon #togetherforward
